โ โ โ โ โ I was referred to Dennis by my relative and he helped me buy my first home. He pre approved me and walked me through the mortgage process. When we needed more time, he worked with the realtor to extend subjects by another week to ensure that we could all the lender conditions. When it was time to remove all the subjects, I just needed to sign the mortgage documents and meet with the notary. Also, he was able to find a notary when most notaries could not do the mortgage and complete my purchase. Thanks to Dennis, I will be moving into the new home before the long holiday. Thanks Dennis. I would recommend you to all my friends and family.

We were unsure if we would be able to qualify for the mortgage as our previous broker had told us because we were business owners it would be impossible to get the mortgage needed. I called Dennis on a sunday and he immediately got back to me and got to work on our file. Within a week we were approved for a mortgage at a great rate more than 300k more than what our previous broker said we would qualify for. Dennis was in contact with us daily for over a month. On Tueaday we move into our dream home! We cant thank Dennis a month for getting us there. We also did this all through email and phone calls ( although Dennis did say he could come to us anytime if we wanted to meet in person). His calm demeanor helped us navigate the ups and downs of what can be a very stressful process. Thanks Dennis, there is noone else we will trust with our mortgae needs! #clientsforlife
