I have had Wynford as my property management company for 7 years now and I do not have any other companies to compare them with but I feel they do an overall great job looking after my building. Obviously with any company and it's employees we are all busy and stretched to our limits at times mistakes may happen and we need to be patient and deal with issues respectfully. The strata managers have a difficult job dealing with multiple personalities on dozens and dozens of strata councils. Not to mention different trades companies. I personally like the way my property manager Tim Reinhart heads our council meetings and our AGM'S . He is very informative, polite yet firm when it is needed in controlling verbal outbursts at some of our meetings. As mentioned in some other reviews these managers take their direction from the strata council members and yes it is a pain sometimes waiting for replies on things but they do have MANY councils to represent.

Our company has worked with The Wynford Group for many years, providing professional services to the owners / tenants of many of the strata locations professionally handled by Wynford. We continually are impressed with the professionalism and quality of the Property Managers assigned to the various strata sites we work together on, and find them to be responsive to the needs of the owners, as well as ourselves as a contractor to the sites. Our building has dealt with Wynford group going on 24 years since the building was new. I currently serve as the strata president and have done so approximately 16 years. I find our current property manager Tim R excellent to deal with, easily accessible, and promptly deals with any issues that arise with our building. Wynford has been a good company to deal with as a whole. Any issues we had with previous property managers were always resolved promptly.

wynford has managed our building for a number of years now and i've been fairly neutral about their performance until now. an adjustment to our strata fees were added to our december fee schedule. i was not aware of this. i was charged a NSF fee because my account was overdrawn. i move money between several accounts every month. i have never had late payment. but because i wasn't aware of this adjustment, i didn't transfer enough money into the account. i offered to pay the balance immediately but they still will not reverse the Returned Check Charge as they call it. seriously, how can you justify a $30 charge for an failed etransfer these days? everything is electronic. they say they can't do anything about it. sure they can. my bank did! they just don't want to reverse it. it's simply a money grab. hell even costco has better customer service.

I live at Lighthouse Place in Richmond managed by Wynford. I asked my building property manager to sign a release form initially 8 months ago, had been keep following up at least 15 times and it's still not properly signed. Contacted their head office multiple times with no response back what so ever. Very poorly managed and ignorant to tenants. What should really take 5 minutes to complete is being held for more than half a year now... sigh.. Please help!!!

Our property manager is almost impossible to get in touch with. Does not reply to emails or calls, unless repeatedly contacted and the very few times he has replied, he does not provide sufficient information or resolution. There have been multiple incidents involving police that have not been addressed, ignored and not brought up in the strata meetings. I'm not surprised to see so many other negative reviews.

If I could give them a zero, I would. My experience with them was so bad, I never wanted to deal with a Strata again. Not only did they never to responded phone calls or messages, but they illegally threw stuff out from my suite then said they can outlast me in court rather than just repaying me for my things properly. Moreover, they kept dumping repair charges that increased year after year on all homeowners to a point where there would be a tenant trying to vote them out every other month. They were honestly god-awful. If they're the managing company of a building you're looking at, I would run.

100% agree with the previous person who wanted to give a zero rating. I too would give them a zero rating if I could. Wynford is the worst! They don’t care about their buildings’ residents and they are a headache for deal with. If you’re looking to rent an apartment, look up the strata and avoid Wynford at all costs. I will be telling all of my friends, family, coworkers, acquaintances, and everyone on social media to discontinue using their β€œservices.”
