★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I recently got engaged, and my engagement ring is from Fair jewellers. It was important to him that in proposing, he was supporting a Canadian and ethical company, and Fair did not disappoint! My ring is absolutely beautiful and we can both feel good about how we spent our money ! ???
I did also have the ring appraised a few days after receiving it to be able to add it to our insurance, and the appraised value lined up exactly with what my partner had paid!
Service wise, I could not speak more highly. After the proposal, I reached out to Jenn with a few questions and she was prompt and thorough in her replies.
We will definitely be back when it comes time to purchase our wedding rings.

While I didn't reach out to get help picking an engagement ring, after I made the purchase Jenn made every effort to make sure I got the ring when I needed it, including rushing the ring resizing, and kept in touch to make sure the shipment was successful. The ring itself was well represented on FAIR's website and even more impressive when I was able to see it in person. From start to finish, working with FAIR was, in my opinion, a rare experience with superb customer service.

Her responses were always quick and she helped make the whole process smooth. The ring that came out at the end was the perfect ring, and am glad I chose to go with her company.
I would highly recommend her company to anyone looking for good quality, eco-friendly jewelry.
