I thought that I would just book the free consultation and then probably not ever come back (which I have previously done) but I was pleasantly surprised. My counselor is super professional, insightful, caring, and overall she helped change my mindset to give me the relief and freedom I was looking for. The best decision I've ever made was to focus on my mental health. Thanks

It removed a lot of the anxiety and resistance that I usually have in booking an appointment. Danielle is a fantastic therapist who talks honestly and without judgement. She is always genuinely supportive in the progress I have made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really impressed with the free counsellor match service and general customer service I received. The receptionist was very pleasant and found a time that worked for me, for a consultation.
The counsellor called me right on time and came across as very genuine and thoughtful. She was pleasant to talk to and it felt immediately like a safe place to open up. I feel like she was able to get all the information she was looking for without it feeling like I was being questioned and in the end matched me with a great counselor. I have been to a few sessions so far, I'm already feeling more balanced and I'm looking forward to seeing the progress we can achieve over time.
