Hailey was our "guide" through our experience . She is an amazing representative for Factory Optical and an example of true customer service. One can see that Connie has built a terrific team and a great working atmosphere. The whole time is relaxing and no feeling of pressure. Hailey was very patient, helpful and super friendly as is everyone else that works in this store. It is GOOD OLD-FASHIONED CUSTOMER CARE and isn't a shame we need to call it old-fashioned, when this should be the standard. Since my appointment, I have brought my husband, my son and I will be telling the rest of my family and friends all about this fantastic little optical store with one of the greatest ensemble of staff anywhere.

I had a super great experience with the staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Sally gave me great recommendations for a great pair of glass frames and Connie gave me tips about contact lenses. We also had a pleasant conversation, definitely did not expect to have had this much fun shopping for glasses. Sidney even cleaned my existing pair and fixed a new pair of nose pads. Highly recommend!

I was in Factory Optical today. I overheard a conversation in regards to warranty work. The staff at this store are absolutely awesome and are very clear in their explanation of how warranty works. People, if you get warranty work done, REMEMBER you only get to keep your old glasses until your new ones come in. The store needs to send the old ones back to the factory. I want to give a huge shout out to the manager - Conney Westley and sales associate - Sally Matthel. Both of these ladies were so helpful and so friendly I couldn't have asked for better. This Factory Optical is the only place I will ever shop for glasses. Check them out.

The staff was so helpful & courteous - my mom came in with a bit of an emergency to get my dads glasses fixed - they did for free and were so nice about it - we are going to come here for glasses and contacts now.

Same Day Prescription Glasses are real! And these ladies realize that! Lost my glasses in the lake, drove up to the city blind the next day, told the girls my story and they were happy to help. I picked out some frames that I liked and within a couple of hours they had the lense in. I'm very happy with the service, they were so eager to help me. Will be switching eye doctors to Factory Optical. If you get glasses during their 2for1 event it is very reasonable prices.

I highly recommend this location of Factory Optical! Having been there over the past 5-6 years I’ve noticed a marked improvement in customer service, and the environment in the store is very positive and welcoming. They let you take your time perusing the ample selection of frames, and offer genuine feedback when you try a pair on. I most appreciated the freedom take home up to five frames for five days. This was such a HUGE game changer, and it allowed me the time to make a selection I wouldn’t regret. Zoe started out my transaction, I believe it was Sally who helped me mid-way, and Hailey finished the sale off a couple of weeks later. Thanks, Hailey, for honouring the quoted price and for helping to process my insurance claim! I can’t wait for my glasses to arrive! This is definitely the location to go to when you want to be treated like your business matters and where you’re not rushed into making a purchase.

I gave a 3 star because the store did have a good selection of eye wear and it was nice and clean. Unfortunately the customer service is awful I was in with my sister helping her decide on frames when I came across a pair I liked for myself. I inquired about the current promos they had on and then proceeded to say I wanted them. There were 3 sale associates that all heard me say this and not one offered to help me…. My sisters experience was no different they were almost arguing with her about her selection. We both left feeling extremely exhausted by the experience. The unfortunate thing about it is we can buy ourselves frames from anywhere really what makes us want to do business with a business is the way we’re treated how they make you feel it’s a experience. Needless to say our family will never return.

Don’t do it. A myriad of issues - first frame selection I put on hold as I made my choices before my checkup. Brought my prescription over the day after my appointment and the frames were gone, the ones I liked had been put back, lost, sold, nobody knew so I had to choose again. Buy one get one not really as it sounds, that is fine but beware. Made new selection. The were ready for pickup quickly that was great -but a real struggle with fit and every time I came in to get them adjusted I saw a different optician in the store and they completely readjusted them to their own way, refuting what the prior optician said. I have consistently struggled with the fit on both pairs, one pair I just won’t wear because they won’t stay on my nose and the other pair is actually painful behind my ears but they’ve been adjusted so much the legs are loose. The gold decorative trim fell off one pair and they were repaired once in the store, the second time it happened I asked for a replacement (found out I had been sold the display frames) when those were replaced the exact same gold decoration fell off again. Now I don’t even want these frames at all. I am very sure prescription from the on site optometrist isn’t right - have been told I’ll need to pay a fee to have my prescription checked. Thinking about throwing in the towel on 1300.00 of lenses and frames and starting over at a new place because a) glasses are missing decorative piece b) don’t fit/not comfortable c) can’t see, I’m wearing readers over my prescription in order to see my devices.
