★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a young fashion designer, I love going here to get the fabric I need for dresses. While the store is a little difficult to miniver through, it is always fun to try to find the fabric I need for projects. The staff are also super friendly, and the store in general is a great place to go :)

I've made many nice items with the fabric that I've purchased here. The have a few staff in the lgbt community and I LOVE that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst costumer service I've experienced. The sale associates talk down to you and couldn't find the time of day to help you out. I mentioned this to the manager and they informed me "if I don't like the way they work that I can go somewhere else"
Where is customer service these days. Avoid this location at all costs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent a half hour poking around as a bit of a noob. Then I’m at a bin of teeny scraps…one is hanging out of the package so I hold it up for one second, and then roll it up nicely and place it into the package better than I found it. Immediately the rudest you know what walks up to me. And says excuse me do you need help and I said, well I’m a little confused on how things work. She says I can see, first of all I need you to not open my packages. I said that actually I fixed the package. She repeated don’t open anymore of my remnant packages the measurements are labeled on it. I restated- it was falling out and I fixed it! So she didn’t wan to help. Angela’s I had questions and no one would help me. The store isn’t well cared for or clea and the staff are degrading. I felt completely embarrassed for being treated like a child. Horrible experience- I won’t go back.
