★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse experience ever. Staff are unpleasant and rude. The lighting in the store is so bad, you can’t possible choose the right shade of white and they won’t let you to take the bolt outside to match the sample. I asked if a sale person can go with me to take the bolt outside the front door. The answer was “NO”
As I was leaving she yelled “have a great day” even tho she knew I was upset. Seems kinda passive aggressive
Purchased a white lining 5 minutes ago - looked like an amazing match in the store. As soon as I went outside , the fabric looked completely different
Stay away from this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait to get fabric, &c. measured and cut, but overall, this place is not bad. Aisles are easy to navigate (I say this as a mother who often has a baby in a carseat in a shopping cart). They have very extensive fabric selection, including a great wall of clearance fabrics. Staff sre interestingly eccentric and helpful. I find prices relatively reasonable, at least compared to some other stores. I quite enjoy going to this fabric store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much fabric! Prices are average but the selection is great. Definitely not a quilting fabric store (not a huge selection of quilting cotton). Loved it will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could have given them 5 stars because the gals that work there are nice, however I made a note that the fabric has some noticeable crease marks, the lady cutting the fabric asked her manager about it after agreeing about the marks, her manager said steam will get it out. Well my seamstress tried steaming it and said there is no way to get it out and they are Permanent.
Its really too bad because people usually remember these things. I won’t be going back sadly for other projects

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl that helped me today was super friendly. It was my first time there and she was really patient. I don't sew but needed to pick up some items for a work project so can't comment on selection. Five stars for the awesome customer service though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge selection of fabrics. It’s nice when working on unique projects, I know I’ll be able to find what I need. I picked up leather, heavy duty thread and a curved needle to repair a whole in my couch. At the same time, I picked up cotton, elastic, buttons, and strapping to create a carrying case for my other hobbies. I love that there is bins of odd bits of fabric as I like to make weird blankets out of random unplanned fabrics. Lots of licensed fabrics. The staff is helpful and kind. I recommend checking it out. There is some yarn and a good selection of notions!
