Retail sales staff should consider an approachable and helpful demeanor.
People that lack friendly people skills really should work in a different industry rather than retail where customer interaction is a required job duty.
Toxic new staff.
Unpleasant encounter today.
I spent ~$500 in-store and would have preferred a more personal exchange rather than the riot act lecture.
