J	JT Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drove all the way to Toronto to buy two wedding dresses from Michigan. Bought one dress from here and it was the worst experience we have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and the actual dress turned out significantly worse than expected. They “custom made it” but the size was compeltely off and the color was not right. They also try to rip you off any chance they get. I could go on for days about how horrible this business is. Do not risk your wedding dress by buying from this store. Please be warned.

A friend and myself were looking at suits and were led away from the expensive ones to the cheaper rack. We were further told that this rack is more suitable for us and our budget. I have never been more offended.

One lady gave me a price of a bridal outfit and when I went to pay they raised it by 500.00 even though i was told a lower price. Their excuse was "she doesnt normally sell bridal" so i am not sure why she was assigned to help me and went through the whole process with me which took a while. Nobody in there was willing to help with the pricing problem instead they just took the chance to try to rip customers off. The customer before me bought the same outfit for 550.00 lower than me so it shows they pick and choose who they want to help. Their poor customer service caused them to lose about 25 new customers for my upcoming wedding. Fortunately for us, we found a better place with excellent customer service and better prices. Don't waste your time like i did at this place! there are more professional stores around that give you the same quality in outfits for better prices.

B	Balbir Dhamrait on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer care. They don’t let you try on clothes due to Covid, and they have a no return or exchange policy! Absolutely rediculous! Bought an outfit, got home to realize the sequence was extremely irritating to my skin, also another outfit didn’t fit properly, restricted arm movement!! They were absolutely unwilling to refund or exchange! Had to argue with them for an hour before they eventually let me exchange after I threatened to go public with the way they treat their customers!! My friend went to another Indian store nearby and was allowed to try on the clothes and they even offer free alterations, I’ll shop there next time!

They have been around for a WHILE so they know their stuff, quality, design everything is the best in the GTA. Very affordable and reasonably priced. Better prices and quality overall compared to others. All my family shop here and would recommend others as well. And congratulations on the new location? very beautiful with again unique goods. Raja Fabrics once again did it! Shopping here or there feels like home. Thankyou once again will be back soon for more
O	Olie sting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last week to pick a dress for my kid. Noticed at home that the fabric had a good tear on the side. They would not accept exchange citing COVID which does not make sense. We did not try out the dress and they sold us a faulty dress. This is absurd specially now when the restrictions are lifting. The dress/cloths inside the store are more prone to COVID risk as many ppl touch it. This non-exchange policy is only with this store. I had no issue with exchange with other stores in the area.
