★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from these guys. They are rude and unprofessional. I met Amrik Pabla and his partner while viewing a unit. They put up false advertising and listed a den as a second bedroom. My realtor even said this is a den. These guys were so rude and yelled at us. They knew they were wrong and as a result their only option was to yell. The place was dirty and had broken parts. Amrik even had the audacity to tell me “make sure you leave it the way you find it”. Stay away from these guys they are the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOHANJIT SINGH SIDHU booked a viewing at a rental property. Tenant must be present due to the security of the work they do from home. This realtor was a no call / no show and failed to cancel through the app or notify in any way, causing the tenant to remain on site needlessly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I unfortunately met Shahi Raj at a viewing. I was completely appalled by his lack of professionalism and respect. He advertised a den as a second bedroom and claimed the unit was professionally cleaned and sanitized which was not true at all. Whenever a question was asked he would get very upset and start yelling. His profile states one of his qualities is his attitude which is a complete joke. He makes this company look very bad. If this is the type of people they have working for them I would not recommend them. They are only interested in their best interest and not that of the customer.
