I have done some work at his property and when the time came for the payment for the job all the excuse started. This is the sad reality most us may face as there are some people who will happily take advantage but when it comes time to pay up, they’ll refuse or make excuses. It hurts. It’s frustrating. They’ll have an excuse, of course, but the bottom line is, you’re not getting paid. His Motto is ‘’NO LEGACY IS SO RICH AS HONESTY’’ Which is the strange part with them, they socially act so honest and responsible towards the community. They try to make false claim that they are always their to help community, but in reality at the comfort of their own home, they’ll happily ignore your phone calls, text and have all sort of excuses or end up blocking you. I want to make everyone aware and request to cautious while dealing this person. Thanks

I wanted to make sure the house I was buying was perfect, and so it took more than just a few showings. He was very patient throughout the process and got me my perfect house. I’m very thankful that I chose him as my real estate agent! If you’re looking to buy a home for a good price, and you’re “perfect” home, I strongly recommend looking at listings through Mr. Khehra!

I am going to list a few though: We all know the competitiveness of the real estate market, Gagangeet was able to secure for me, a property even though above asking price (no fault of his) was well within the price range I felt comfortable spending! In fact the price I got my new home for was below my absolute ‘spending price.’ My experience working with him has been STRESS. His communication was timely, and believe me it took us 1.5 weeks in this aggressive buyers market to secure a home within our budget!
