Recently sold our first home with Team Jassi and Paul. Both were wonderful to deal with. For us being first-time sellers, the team helped to make this easy and comfortable. They were always available and explained everything in detail. I would recommend them 100% and plan to use them again. When we went to sell our first home together we interviewed several real estate agents and Jassi was the last agent we interviewed. We were so impressed by his politeness, kind hearted attitude but what we were really impressed by was his confidence and professionalism. His natural ability to sell houses was proven when he sold our house for the highest price in our neighborhood and it wasn't the biggest either. We were extremely lucky to have found such a reliable, professional and caring agent. Now fast forward about a year later, we reached out to Jassi to possibly sell our family home again. Paul is kind, professional and the most reliable person you could ever want to sell your home. He's there for you on Sunday mornings to do your new house inspections, or to calm you down when you're freaking out and he will be there to take your call or meet you anytime. Due to their personalities complimenting each other perfectly along with their quick and persistent drive to help people purchase homes they were able to help us purchase the house of our dreams on the same street! After we purchased this house they were also given the almost impossible job of selling our current home which needed to be done in 60 days. They didn't miss a beat or shy away from the challenge and the most important thing was they were able to get it done even though the market had declined. We can't thank them enough for getting our house sold and being there to support and keep us calm during the market deterioration when were freaking out. We're a client for life and we'll personally tell you there is nothing better than Jassi and Paul's tenacity to get you the best price for your home, they're simply the best real estate team around. We will never any other real estate agents than these two as they are reliable, energetic and very dedicated to you as a client. We always felt they went the extra 10 miles to make sure things got done and they have a heart of gold which really makes you feel important to them. Lastly, the past owners of our current house said they would use Jassi and Paul next time instead of their current agent because they are amazing negotiators!

Jassi and Paul are very professional agents and provided good advice in selling my home during COVID-19. They weren't like other agents we interviewed. Telling us to spend more money in staging our home when we already spent thousands over the years in renovations. It was nice to work with 2 down to earth guys that got the job done quick during the pandemic. They sold the 1st week on the market, during these challenging times. Amazing!! We had Paul and Jassi for the sell and new purchase of our houses. They took the time and listened to what we really wanted in our wants and needs for our new house that we were desperate to find. They took the time to sit with us and discuss what we needed to do to get our home ready and on the market. This review is way overdue and I apologize to Paul & Jassi for my tardiness as they were my real estate agents for the sale of my house in Brampton and also for the purchase of my house in Mississauga which all took place in the Spring/Summer of this 2021. I highly recommend these two men to buy or sell your home. I was not the easiest client to deal with (I'm sure) as I am quite particular, but these gentlemen were very patient with me. They answered all of my questions and addressed my many concerns about the buying and selling process. They got me more money for my house in Brampton than I had ever expected. I could reach out to them anytime and they would get back to me pronto! I honestly got the feeling that these two men treated me like family and they were really looking out for my best interest, as there were times when I didn’t see a “red flag” in a home and they did and quickly pointed it out to me or would caution me about something in a home and just wanted me to be aware of it, should I have decided to put in an offer. These men are top-notch and I would definitely use them again to buy and sell another home.
