★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Fabricland location has THE nicest staff. Today Susan stayed on the phone with me foreverrr to help me answer my obscure question about fusible foam.
I know I can expect really fast processing times and a very smooth process during curbside pickups.
I miss the inside of the store, but for now they're doing great at updating the catalogues with amazing deals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is knowledgeable and efficient. However on frequent occasion they don't have what we need. Were spoiled by the Ottawa street location in hamilton where a large portion of the street between barton and cannon is fabric and textiles. Don't get me wrong this location is still pretty good. 4 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice selection of fabrics and accessories. Lots of notions were on sale. Reasonable prices. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys being their own personal clothes designer. They have a lot of fabrics for seasonal pillows, costumes and crafts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a cranky old lady (I think her name is Stephanie) who has a blue streak/strand in her hair and God is she AWFUL!!!!!! I brought my fabric to pay for and wanted to know how much a packaged trim was. She ignores me and just scans it for me to pay. I kindly told her I actually wanted to know the price before I commit to buying it. She gives me attitude and tells me the price. I tell her thank you, I will pass but just pay for my fabric and this lady started giving more attitude and whispering to her colleague aggressively pointing at me. Such a cranky old lady who takes it out on others for no reason.
On the contrary, there was ONE really nice girl. She was younger, long, dark blondish hair. She was so pleasant but too bad the cranky old lady ruined the experience there.
