Brandon sold two houses for us this year and he really went above and beyond to make the sales. One property was a rental property and I was out of town when the property inspection needed to be done. Brandon stepped up and dud the inspection for me. The other property was our primary residence, and he helped find contractors to fix things up, and even helped me with a bit of power washing! He was open to trying out different strategies to get top dollar for our home. I would highly recommend Brandon and will use him again if I buy or sell in Victoria in the future.

It was a pleasure working with Brandon. I was referred to him to help me hunt down and purchase an investment condo in Victoria remotely (with me being in lower mainland). For me as a remote buyer, the most valuable trait I look for in realtors is honesty. I appreciated Brandon’s no-bs advise to steer me clear from ones to avoid, to suggest me away from offering more than I should, and the Eli report that summarizes condo minutes into easily-consumable categorized lists only made things easier. He answered questions on texts/calls super fast and I felt like he really dedicated a good amount of time to help me as a client - which based on my experience with countless of other realtors, is invaluable. Scott made the process of finding a good condo in Victoria as simple and straightforward as it can be. He was always very helpful, and quick to respond throughout the process from start to finish. It is a pleasure to recommend both Cal and Brandon as realtors. We stepped into Victoria having little to no knowledge about the area, let alone the real estate market here. Brandon welcomed us warmly and patiently took us around to many properties, though in our mind, we were just trying to get to know Victoria, with little intent to buy at that time. We found Brandon to be professional, knowledgeable, organized, and thorough, pursuing any details we wished to understand further. As it turned out, he showed us a home that seemed like a possible fit and we ended up floating an initial offer. Because our first contact with the Faber team was with Cal, we continued on also with Cal whom we found to be extremely knowledgable in so many areas of not only real estate but of nuances of the area, house design/building/maintenance issues, amenities, and weather. When we had questions he was unable to answer, he went to experts to get the bottom line which was very helpful. We did have many questions and concerns and he was thorough in addressing them. In negotiations, Cal and Brandon worked diligently together to guide us, analyze the market, and present a rationale for an offer that ultimately resulted in us buying a house - albeit far sooner than we were expecting. Given our unique situation with issues around the timing of our move, Cal went far beyond the call of duty to protect our property and help us as well as make us feel at home and welcome in Victoria. Cal, Brandon, and Scott made a super stressful process of buying in a crazy market, as easy as it could have been. Brandon viewed numerous properties for us virtually, Scott finalized and ensured all paperwork was organized and done the way we wanted, and Cal gave us the confidence we needed to secure our forever home. Seamless. That’s how we would describe our recent real estate dealings with the Faber Group. From beginning to end- the process of selling our family home, downsizing and purchasing a condominium has been seamless with this team. The overlap of readying our place for sale (advice at the first meeting, marketing strategies and the necessary contractual signings etc.) and searching for our new home (finding out our needs and desires plus setting up and walking us through viewing appointments etc) was remarkably smooth.
