I had interviewed several realtors before finding Dale through Rate My Realtor and I found Dale to be the best match. After listing my condo Dale brought me two solid offers within 24 hours and even in this market I was able to sell for above asking. He even worked quite late into the night to finalize the sale. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

He also gave great advice on prepping it to show. When the time came to go to market, he followed Covid restrictions to make the showings safe and was able to work with me remotely to mitigate the risk of face-to-face contact. With his experience and connections, the condo sold in less than a week at asking price. Dale is professional and competent, and I definitely recommend him as an estate agent.

We have been extremely impressed by Dale’s knowledge of the Victoria market and his focus on providing incredible client service. Our priority was to secure housing for our son who attends UVic that would also serve as good investment property. Not living in Victoria likely made us needier than his average client but Dale always made time for us both remotely and in person when we were able to get to Victoria. He walked us though the Victoria market, locations and property considerations, while we walked him though our wish list and spreadsheets. After a couple of months of clarifying our criteria, when a property came up that matched what we were looking for we were confident enough to make an offer almost immediately (from our home town without viewing the property) because of the trust we had in him and the knowledge we had gained though our conversations with him. He was our realtor when we bought a townhouse in Victoria in 2006, he was our realtor when we had to sell it in 2016, and when I knew I was coming back to Victoria in June of 2020, my wife and I didn't even think of asking another realtor; we knew we wanted Dale to act for us. He is, at all times, friendly, professional, available - I had to contact him on a weekend once, much though I didn't want to - he was there for us. He liaised smoothly with our bank and our lawyer, ensuring that everything went without any hitches. As our most recent purchase was during the pandemic, he went out of his way to enable a remote buying decision, including giving us a virtual real-time tour of the home we were considering. I know Dale will retire one of these days, and it will be a well-deserved retirement... but Victoria will have lost the skill and knowledge of a realtor truly a cut above the rest.
