The workouts are what you make of them. You want an absolute killer workout? Done. You want a lighter sweat? Done. The intensity is entirely up to the individual!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joining F45 has been a game changer for me. The concentrated workouts ?have improved my life mentally and physically. The classes are the perfect length and they can be as challenging as you want them to be. The staff are really friendly and encouraging, you actually feel like you are part of community . The team atmosphere the variety of workouts is fun and rewarding when you are done. I am so glad I took the step to be involved with the F45 group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little behind finding out about F45 and then a friend of mine introduced me to the nearest studio. What I really like about F45 is the vast variety of exercises to do and the equipment available to use. I work Monday to Friday as a nurse and always feel like I’m too tired to workout at the end of the day. But once I get my shoes on, get to the studio and see all the friendly faces and great music, I feel a new sense of energy that gets me through the class. I love that most of the classes are 45 minutes and that I can easily fit them into my schedule.
The instructors are available to give guidance and suggestions to accommodate my shoulder injury so that I feel like I’m still getting a really strong workout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just finished my week free trail of F45 and to say I am obsessed is a huge understatement! Not only are the classes absolutely butt-kicking, but in only 45 minutes I feel like I’ve had the best workout of my life everyday! The coaches are so helpful and make me feel confident in their knowledge when providing me with helpful tips and modifications to exercises. Most of all, I love that each class is filled with people of all fitness levels, body types, ages etc. It makes me feel so comfortable and excited to attend every class!

They switch things up so it's never boring, most of the coaches have their own playlists which makes it even more fun to workout and focus for 45 mins in a day just for yourself! What I am trying to say is it's the best workout studio to join. If you like to push yourself they will show you how! Added benefit they treat you with respect even when you aren't the fittest. The owners and the coaches are extremely encouraging and provide tailored coaching so one can achieve their personal best every day. I am very happy I joined f45 and I am addicted to it!
