I am that person/trainer/friend on your balcony cheering you on towards your goals. I am that trainer that believes you can achieve all things, with hard work and determination. I will squeeze out of you that last rep, even if you thought you couldn't.
Fitness has always been an important part of my life, and I continue to push myself to new levels. I have made it through 3 kids, many racing events and still have lots more to come. My love of fitness combined with my drive and determination provide the base for my passion, and I am excited. I work to stay current in our education, and I strive to offer programs that will appeal to the beginner through to the extreme, delivering sessions that will surpass expectations. I want to see regular physical activity in the families in our communities, and I look forward to assisting individuals in meeting their fitness goals. I do this because I am passionate about it, and I want to see others enjoy the benefits of increasing their fitness levels.

She has modified workouts, made me feel comfortable, and is so positive. I can do harder things than I could have imagined, she taught me that. She taught me what to do and how to do it safely.
