We were simply told to call the third party delivery service to fix the situation (which is a pain, and it was the restaurant that made the mistake not the delivery service) and that there was nothing they could do, we didn't even get an apology when we spoke to the manager, Kelsey. Overall a terrible experience and will not be going back to this location.

They then proceeded to argue with us that we called the wrong boston pizza, so we called it again in front of them and the phone obviously rang. no apologies, only rude tones with us when we were being nice in return. After telling us we were wrong, they finally asked us if we would still like to order? while we were waiting, we watched them argue with 2 other pick up orders. not good customer service.

We were ready to order for a while, hungry and also in a rush. The 2 tables that were sat after us got their food order in by the same server, but he kept walking past us. The server seemed way to busy for there only being 4 tables at 12:00pm on a Tuesday. Not impressed. The BP in Windermere is much better!

I had a large order with a 3 pizzas that had an allergy and I didn't know which was which for some of the similar-looking pizzas. The numbers on the boxes didn't correspond to the numbers on the order receipt.
A	Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Boston Pizza and this location is really good. Their pasta is amazing and Pasta Tuesday is such a great deal. The Chicken smoked Gouda Ravioli and Chicken Fettuccine are absolutely amazing the sauce for the ravioli is incredible. The garlic bread is also really good, also yay they finally offer nachos for pickup and delivery because their nachos are hands down the best nachos you would get anywhere. Overall definitely recommend this place and definitely try their pastas and nachos they are simply amazing and will be going back there again very soon.

There was only one waitress and it got decently busy where there should have been more than one waitress at least 2 or 3. Waited over 20 minutes for a refill of our drinks until I got annoyed because there were people that were waiting that long to even get there order placed and order their drinks. I got up to tell the cook in the back and finally what looked like the manager came out with our drinks and finally started helping. I highly do not recommend this location it took us 2 hours to get out of this restaurant and basically had to beg for our drinks and to-go containers and pay our bills, my spouse is literally still inside waiting to pay the bill as I’m writing this.

I was sad to see the space so empty during a lunch hour and hope they're busy enough to stay open. There isn't much in the way of spots like that in the area.
