As much as my performance was far from expected, coach Tammy makes sure I was welcomed and rest of group cheers my first effort. Very efficient training in friendly and supportive environment. Definitely, I will be there more often.

The workout was so great too. I loved the energy in the room and the music made it really fun. I would highly recommend F45 New Toronto if you want an effective, high intensity workout and great vibes.

It was one of the best workout experiences I’ve ever had! Special shout out to coach Tammy, as she made the energy and vibe of that class so incredible!!! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a killer workout with an awesome team vibe! Thanks F45 New Toronto!!!
N	N M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for the right personal trainer for ever!! After my awesome PT moved to Mexico. And I came across F45 fitness. I contacted many many locations, however, I didn't really get the feeling that they are gonna be there for me as I want them to be. And I am also against group training as I feel I push harder when it's a one on one session. So I continued to search and I finally decided to sign up for trial with F45 at the New Toronto location. I am so so so pleased I went to the New Toronto location. Ryan (which I believe he is the owner) is awesome. He is there for each trainee. The fitness is well equipped with everything I need. I thought since it's a group training I will not be able to work as hard as I want. But the set up is Meticulous, it's a one way work flow. And there is demonstration video in case you forgot what to do next. I highly recommend the New Toronto location. Thank you for being such a great group training fitness!!

They never missed an opportunity to spot you during the session and motivate you (which also means they are watching your form, they really care!) I was not just motivated but also felt a part of this highly positive community they have built. ?? Kudos to the trainers and staff for making this a safe place to burn calories and have fun! ?
