Eugene was very thorough, took the time to investigate the problem, fix it, and clearly explain how to avoid problems like that in the future. Very impressed with the job and the level of professionalism. He even vacuumed inside the dryer. Sometimes it's the little touches that define true professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Ezfix twice now. Once for my dishwasher and once for my refrigerator. Very thorough inspection, good thought process in diagnosing the problem. My technician Ivgeni was very thorough and informative regarding the fault with the dishwasher and quickly diagnosed the problem and the cost of repair. He was very pleasant and performed the repair and tested the machine to ensure all was working before he left. Same excellent customer service was with my refrigerator. Will definitely recommend to all my friends.
