Came in looking to upgrade from a starter kit to something a bit better and the manager directed me through the massive inventory to pretty much exactly what I was looking for, at a reasonable price too. Good shop, friendly, laid back staff and tons of juice. All in all would recommend

I ran into the store because of losing my Vape, well when I arrived there Trevor greeted us and helped all the way through. Thanks again buddy! And I recommend anyone who wants to start vaping, or already vapes and needs supplies, to head on down and visit Trevor. You won’t be disappointed. Trust me !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service, went in expecting more of a laid back, almost lazy environment like most vape stores I’ve been too but it was surprisingly professional and very welcoming. A younger guy name Trevor immediately introduced himself to me in a very polite manner and seemed to make it his goal to help me find what i I needed. I definitely recommend the drive out to twasssen if you’re looking for good customer service and an all around pleasant experience

If you're looking to quit smoking, or just find something that isn't as harmful, then definitely come here. They're knowledgeable and will help if you're new to vaping or have been at it for years.

Difficult to get a clear answer when and if they'll have stock.
Edit:
I have been here a few times recently since my last review a year ago and the staff has really improved, Trevor in particular has been very helpful.
He helped me upgrade to a new vaporizer and I couldn't be happier, got it on sale as well!
They had my juice in stock and seemed to be concerned about keeping their customers happy, without being pushy.
Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices are not great as compared to lucky8 or online. I understand that retail locations have higher overhead so I don't mind paying an extra dollar or two but some of the 120ml bottles are upwards of $20 more. The mods are crazy over-priced as well sometimes as much as $50 more than online. I have also had issues where I bought bottles of juice that where open (safety seal cracked) and cotton bacon that comes with the juice missing from the box. One of the employees that works there is not very friendly and it seems like he's inconvenienced by customers.
On the plus side it's the only store that's local and they do have a good juice selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy working had the personality of a piece of cardboard (descriptive not meant as an insult) and didn't talk to tell me where anything was. Instead he merely pointed. Floor and carpet were gross as well. Only reason its 2 stars is because they had the actual item I required. Customer service is definitely below that.
