I would have waited until he was done his current transaction if he didn't do another sale in the middle of that transaction while continuing to ignore me. Not sure if I should have just walked behind the counter and grabbed my own item and just put it onto the till like the other guy did, because that seemed to work for him. :(

I inquired about a mag kit and asked if only the mod was available. I obviously understand that a kit will not be split but no effort was made to asking suppliers if one could be ordered. My last question was "will ya's be getting more rda's in the future". Answer, "couldn't tell ya, I'm just the guy behind the counter". That's exactly why you should be able to tell me buddy. Again, no mention of being able to order in an effort to make a sale. Pass on this one folks, this business will inevitably fail. EZ vape a few minutes away is more professional, more welcoming and makes an effort to accommodate there customers. Personally, sticking with lucky 8 vapes in Richmond, awesome shop and staff

Didn’t even bother to stand up to help me when I was attempting to figure out what the flavors of juice they had. Juices weren’t labeled with the flavor for the ones that aren’t obvious. Seemed unenthusiastic overall.
M	Matt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero customer service and an awful manager by the name of Mateshi running this south surrey location and Langley’s location. Multiple times this store has been closed during stated open hours in the window? Avoid Ecig Canada! You will be sold bad batches of ejuice. They will not take back their faulty ejuice even if you have the receipt. The correct process would be to take back the ejuice to send to the manufacturer for investigation of a faulty batch and to refund stores that have inventory of this product. That way the manufacturer can identify this bad batch and start a recall to take it off the shelves. NOT AT THIS STORE! Instead it comes out of the customers pocket and the bottles stay on the shelf to be unknowingly sold to more people! Terrible way to run a store, no doubt they will lose more customers if they continue to maintain their stores in this fashion. I will say I had no problems with their employee josh that was working he was fine.

Wasn't sure what I wanted so he asked me what flavors I like and made a few suggestions, seemed very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with me to feel comfortable about my purchase. Will be returning again in the future.
