All of the staff are great, Pyper Phoenix and the owners Wes and Trina are all super friendly, and have an extensive ammount of knowledge on all the products they carry! Super welcoming too, alot of vape stores are almost hard to go to for your first time because they dont have a friendly welcoming vibe, but not the cloverdale vapor room, they always seem excited to show you new stuff and answer questions! I highly recommend this place, it's my favorite vape store and has been since I quit smoking and started vaping a few years ago??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best vape store I have been to. Staff is top knotch and incredibly knowledgeable. Piper is the cutest thing ever and always wants to help. The store is spacious and clean. There is a huge variety of flavours compared to other places I have been to that carry limited stock. I won’t go anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here. Was ask immediately if I have an account. To which i said no. So they ID me and I set up an account. The next time I don't bring ID as I am on the system, only they don't find you on the system. Fun stuff. Stop asking people to make accounts. Just do your thing and ask for ID upon purchase like a liquor store. Its not illegal to be in a smoke shop under 19. Its illegal to buy or sell. I was kicked out when my 27 yo gf brought her ID and just purchased what we needed. ATLEAST dont kick people out if they are with others who have their ID. Especially people who have made accounts with you and you say we didnt.
