★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been purchasing my prescription glasses (and sunglasses) at Eyeglass Boutique since moving to Vancouver in 2012. Shabnam has been the one to assist me in each of these interactions. Not only is she incredibly patient, she provides a lot of valuable insight. She helped me understand the benefits to various brands of frames and showed me key differences between various lens manufacturers. I have been extremely pleased with all of my purchases with her.
In 2017, I had an issue with a pair of Lindberg glasses, she was able to provide outstanding customer service by going to bat with the company on my behalf. The damage to my glasses had been entirely my fault, and at 2 weeks outside of warranty, I was certain that all was lost. She was able to get my glasses repaired outside of warranty and earned my endless loyalty.
Eyeglass boutique carries a multitude of brands, but has a specific focus on quality. Shabnam is hesitant to put her name behind brands that aren't going to stand the test of time or impress the wearer. My latest purchase was my biggest investment into eye care yet but I am thrilled with how they look. She even brought in a company rep to show me a few models that she didn't have in stock and booked a time that works with my schedule during Covid-19.
I highly recommend visiting here - if you don't find the specific model that you're after, give her a call and she will have them brought into the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The couple who runs this shop are so kind and warm that every time I leave them I have a huge smile on my face. They take the proper time and care for each customer, and are generous with little extras (eye drops, contact solution, etc) when you make a purchase. They do not treat you like a customer, but like a fellow human that matters, which is so rare in business these days. I strongly recommend supporting their business!
