Eyes For You

My experience with eyes for you was great the Owner Brigitte was super helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new set of glasses.

She's so good at her job that the first pair of frames she handed me to try on were exactly right. Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff and a good selection of frames.

First time there. Very welcoming, very good collection and high quality products at reasonable prices. I found myself a lifetime optic store to go to.

Very rude staff who have forgotten they are providing a service to the customer. Nice glasses, but very expensive products and staff do not care to be nice to the customer. I would not recommend this place. I would like to update this review because the issue has been resolved. Management was very perceptive of the problem.

I have bought my last 3 pairs of glasses from Eyes 4 You! Hands down the BEST Selection...if you crave something different and Excellent service this is the place for you! Absolutely Love my New Glasses! ❤️

I have glasses in which the metal frame needed adjusting as it was starting to sit crooked on my face and was sliding off when I lowered my head. When I walked into this business, I was greeted promptly, but it went downhill from there. I told the woman associate I need my frames adjusting and she immediately says that they are not frames from her shop (I know that, but as a business selling glasses I assumed they had the knowledge and ability to fix any glasses, and I was prepared to pay for it). I told her they were glasses I purchased in Korea, so it wasn't possible for me to go back to the shop where I bought them to get them fixed. Then she looks down on me and says "thats why your glasses are crooked they are from Korea, very cheap quality" She then takes the frames and sets them on the counter saying "look, its really bad". This woman has no idea where I bought them, or what quality they are, and now she is judging all the glasses in Korea as being low quality. So she's also essentially telling me I'm cheap because I bought poor quality cheap glasses. She then goes on to say she doesn't know the material (its obviously metal), she might break them, etc. To me, the woman did not want to help me and was making so many excuses. It doesn't look good on the business if your associate is so unsure about her ability to straighten a frame and she is so unwilling to assist a potential client. (funny enough I told my partner about this after and he had a similar bad experience in this shop but did not write a review) I took my frames to Clearly on Robson after that and they were so happy to assist me and did it for FREE. So thanks but NO THANKS to Eyes for You.

We had a good experience at Eyes for You. My daughter got her first pair of glasses here. We chose this boutique because of its extensive selection of striped frames. They literally had 10's of different combinations of colours and frame styles. My daughter got a frame striped with her favourite shades of purples and blues. The woman that assisted us was very adept at choosing flattering frame styles and gave good advice regarding versatility and practicality. While not inexpensive, I felt the prices were very reasonable for the quality and would shop here again.

Had a great experience here! So worth the $7 to get my glasses adjusted (free if you bought there). The woman is very knowledgeable and I can see so much better now. Who knew there were so many ways to make glasses more comfortable and effective. Also they have a bunch of super cool frames for sale
