After I completed my acupuncture studies and applied for the license examination, I was rejected by the CTCMA(College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners + Acupuncturists of Brititsh Columbia) for the examination qualification. The reason for the rejection was a change in the policy which I have never heard it before. I and other students appealed our case through Health Profession Review Board and we could take the license examination after 2 years, but we still could not get our license even we passed the exam, so we looked for lawyers everywhere, but no lawyers wanted to help us. In the end, lawyer Masao Morinaga was willing to help us fight against the CTCMA. In the end With the help of Masao Morinaga to obtain our acupuncture license, according to past experience, very few Chinese medicine practitioners can win the CTCMA, lawyer Masao Morinaga really helped us a lot.
