When we entered the store the attendant had no shoes on, he spoke far too fast and guilted us for not buying right away since "he was eating lunch and thought we would buy right away." I understand that lunch is important but don't assume then pressure people into buying when they haven't had time to make a decision and then guilt them when you decided to cut your own lunch break; close the store for half an hour and take your time instead. Even after the uncomfortable encounter we were still considering buying glasses there but the attendant refused to let us document information from the flyer out front? It gave me the feeling that he would change information later if it suited him. Overall the experience felt scammy and like we would have a bad deal in the end. Went to Costco and got everything done at a much lower price with friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a great experience i have orderd the single vision glasses and afterward when i have come to pick up the glasses i change my mind and i reqwest for progresive glasses then he did not charge me at all for single vision glasses so i highly recomend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m visiting Vancouver, and needed emergency repair to my glasses. I was able to find IQ optical and they were able to fix my glasses on very short notice! The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! They also have a wide selection of frames available. I would definitely recommend!
