During the latest visit, Dr. Luna was really patient when trying to select the best suitable lens that helped me with viewing the letters from far away - my mask kept fogging the equipment. She's also patient when answering any questions or concerns I would have which is nice.

This is the one place that always accommodated our needs. We are always provided with excellent customer service and they are all very patient and understanding. I recently had an appointment for contacts and they helped me tremendously and were extremely patient with me. I would recommend this optometry clinic to everyone.

During every visit, she takes the time to catch-up on life asking about how family is doing, and how work is going. She is a knowledgeable, and understanding doctor who takes time to listen to and provide valuable feedback. The front desk is also very professional, and I have had a pleasant experience with them every time.

Whenever getting new frames they are always very patient and help me look for frames that I will be satisfied with at the end of the day.

I have never been let down by their service and have always left feeling pleased with my newly purchased frames. The staff are amazing at helping me with the process of picking out new frames and are always willing to help me with any problems I experience with my frames.
