★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My late father went to this place as we had a rental dispute, passed off to another lawyer who was completely disorganized.
1 kept on asking for documents that we had already emailed her
2 got mad at us because we did not send the documents had to show her on the phone we did
When it came time to argue the case, she stayed silent, she sunk the case. Went to this place on a recommendation. This place is horrible, the whole time lawyer says I will talk and when the time comes she does not talk.
Tip photocopy the papers yourself do not give it them, because you will never see them again.

They send out emails threatening to sue on behalf of their family members personal frivolous lawsuits.... and do so by sending emails asking for their message to be forwarded to the correct person. They don’t know the law, they don’t follow the correct legal way to serve a lawsuit. I see why their track record is one of the worst in the area. Do not use!

Secondly we felt their service could have been a lot better as we were told that the firm had higher priority work than ours. We did not appreciate the rude responses from their paralegal Janice.

And they successfully got my dad's estate through Probate Court in 6 months. Now, they working on my sister's estate. They are ethical, efficient, and productive. i totally recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bottom line, the legal assistants involved in our real estate sale and purchase were extremely rude, uncommunicative and made us literally feel like a number in a file that they were just trying to process. We did all the reaching out and our reasonable queries were either ignored or met with abrasive replies. At the end of the day, the deal got done and the actual lawyer that rubber stamped everything was pleasant. That’s why this review gets 2 stars. On legal assistants alone it would have been one star. I feel this firm is too big for the average small time customer. This was our 2nd time using Buckley Hogan and will definitely be the last.
