★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Gill is the epitome of a professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and takes the time to explain everything to the patient. He did not rush me if I had any questions, which I had many. I would recommend him to anyone who required his services.
His staff is also very helpful and easy to speak to if you have any questions. They are a positive reflection of Dr. Gill's professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I can say is the worst experience of my life!!!’ Waiting time is months just to see Dr. Gill for consultation. The clinic ignores referrals and phone calls are not being answered. The front desk is very unorganized and dysfunctional! Patients care is zero. I am Very disappointed and frustrated at this point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Dr. Gill and his team at Eye Face Institute was nothing short of perfection. The process was extremely efficient and easy. Dr. Gill is truly a gifted surgeon. He is kind, understanding, and assisted me to reach my desired results. My surgery was six days ago and I am recovering well. I can see some remarkable changes beneath my bruising and swelling. I am so eager to see the final master piece once my healing process is complete. I would highly recommend Dr. Gill and his professional team at Eye Face Institute!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to Dr. Gill by my highly respected optometrist. My experience began with Tanya, who provided me with a comprehensive info package prior to my virtual consult with Dr. Gill. Dr. Gill immediately made me feel at ease with his thorough and genuinely caring approach. My subsequent in office consult resulted in a change to my treatment plan (at a better deal for me) and Dr. Gill took the time to explain the decision and expected outcomes. The next step was a virtual pre-op with Sarah who was knowledgeable and kind, again reassuring me that I had the best team on my side. I had my procedure yesterday and have only positive feedback. From being welcomed upon arrival, and spending time with Dr. Gill’s outstanding nursing duo of Sarah and Claire, I was excited to begin! Dr. Gill calmly and patiently explained each step of the procedure, allowing me to ask any questions along the way. I was impressed with how the team worked together; so respectful and considerate. I left the office feeling very pleased with my results and confident with what’s to come. I had a virtual follow up with Dr. Gill today and look forward to my in-person visit. The whole experience has been one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. Kudos to Dr. Gill and his stellar team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wait time in the main area was one hour and then another 30 minutes in the exam room. Dr. Gill was very good explaining his thoughts, but when I left the exam I didn't know exactly what his plan was. They were going to send me an email with a quote but I haven't received it yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst ever clinic! I was referred to Dr.Gill in July (7 month ago!) by my family doctor. After a month of waiting I called them to do a follow-up regarding my appointment. The girl at the front desk confirmed that my referral form was well received and they will call me within a month. After waiting another month, I called them again and someone told me that my referral was never received to their office!! I called back my doctor they told me they have a proof that they sent the form at the time. They told me they will send the referral again. I called this clinic to confirm that they received my referral. The girl at the client care was so ruuude!!! She told me that she is too busy to check it for me and I just need to wait and she hang up on me!!! And now here I am waiting another 4 month and yet nothing!

The surgery was a huge success and I am incredible happy with the result. His staff are excellent, nurse Sara was always available, whether it was a text message, phone call or email to answer any questions. Highly recommend Dr. Gill - you will not find anyone more caring or with his expertise in the field. A winning combination.
