Although it was my first time meeting her, I can say with confidence she is a genuine nurse who cares about her clients. It’s as if you came to see your bestie at the office! She has great chat and banter and overall a pleasure to receive any service from. Highly recommend her !!!!!!!!

I also appreciate that she sends out reminder emails prior to treatment for even small things such as stopping the use of certain ingredients to ensure the treatments are effective or after care advice. She is always on time, I’ve never had to wait on her to receive my treatments. My number one factor is that Anesia is so gentle and explains the process to you. She also gives feedback such as myself, I have hyperpigmentation on my cheek, and she lets me know that she notices it’s lightening or the difference that she sees. Overall, always an amazing experience and I also purchase items from the Vivier line when Anesia makes any recommendations. I’ve recommended her to my friends and will be a continuous customer for 2022.

However, Anesia has been really helpful by helping me pick which is the best option for me while allowing me to have my input (rather than just picking for me). She collaborates with you and she also follows-up with you post-appointment, which I thought was sweet! I can't wait to see her again!
