★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get ombre hair and got highlights instead. The highlights started to far down and looked like I bleached my hair a few months ago. I wanted black to blonde but got nothing close. I even showed photos. I was so upset when I got home and seen my hair fully. I asked for a refund as I paid 150 but they only gave me 50 back. So I got some box dye and fixed it my self. Honestly im so upset and ill never be back.
