S	Sandra Oxtoby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quoted for a job $80-$100 to take in my arms, which I agreed too. Over a month later I had to inquire about if it was completed, which they said it was. I got there and they asked for $190 for arms AND shoulders! I said the quote was for $80 and they told me before they couldn't do anything with the shoulders. I ended up paying $150 to get two arms taken in slightly - NOT IMPRESSED! The lady there was really helpful and understanding though.

He found a solution and expertly executed it, making it looks like it had always been that way. His work is precice, thoughtful and considered. A true old world tailor that any man would be happy to have a suit (or 3) from. 5 star!

When he heard where I had the suit made, he immediately scoffed and made me feel ashamed of where I purchased the suit. He then said it would cost $90 to make the alterations, ending with "take it or leave it". I was polite throughout the encounter and even thanked him before leaving. I would have went ahead with the order however I did no appreciate being treated in this rude manner, and left. Went to Henry's the tailor and had a great experience there. More affordable, and great customer experience.
