Simply asked nicely if there was any positions for a friend who was registered in the system and was told that they would have to take time off their job to call them. It's very apparent they don't want to help anyone find employment or even bother to find anyone a job. If I were you I would just ask for your resume to be removed from the system and go to one of the other agencies that wants to help.
