My employment counsellor Maria Lambour helped me navigate through the application process in a friendly, supportive, kind and helpful manner. My application was successful and I was accepted as a Second Career participant. Before being connected with Barbara, I didn't have much information about the Second Career option or how to pursue it. At every step of the process, Barbara was available to provide me with the direction and advice that I needed to complete the application/interview process. She was always availble to answer my questions through email or phone calls. Her assistance was very halpful from start to finish. With the help of Maria, I will be heading back to school next week and hopefully starting a new career once my course is complete! I highly recommend contacting Maria or the staff at Lutherwood Employment Services for assistance on finding employment or information on training or heading back to school!
