In my experience they are very sharp at evaluating a candidate's skills and recommend them to the most appropriate assignments. I have had two assignments through them and both have been highly rewarding.

Jordan Mara, Division Director interviewed me and provided me with a contractual opportunity which was a great start. My experience with them was always pleasant, professional and prompt, without fail, every single time. This is actually true in my experience. They were well informed, understanding and most of all they looked out for my specific requests and I felt they were on my side. I have known Jordan since 2019, when she even took time to visit me at my work place to get to know me better. I have nothing but positive experience every single time that I dealt with them. I recognize that Robert Half is an employment agency, but Jamie-Lynn and Jordan made the process special and significant. I am now in a permanent employment, but I would definitely reach out to them if I ever went back to temporary job.
