C	Christine Joyal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je regrette sincèrement d'avoir fait affaires avec cette entreprise pour l'entretien de ma pelouse à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Premièrement, après avoir utilisé leurs services pendant tout un été, ma pelouse était dans un bien PIRE état qu'elle l'était avant - j'avais beaucoup plus de mauvaises herbes que j'en avais avant (et je les ai engagés justement pour éliminer les mauvaises herbes). C'est déçevant après avoir payé des centaines de dollars. Je croyais même devoir faire retourber un coin de mon terrain, mais heureusement, Monsieur Gazon, avec qui nous avons fait affaires par la suite en 2021, a rectifié la situation. Deuxièment, ils ont commencé à me contacter plus d'un an après la résiliation des services (ils me contactent encore en 2022 alors qu'ils ont rendu des services en 2020) pour me dire que je dois leur faire un autre paiement. Cela est d'autant plus frustrant, considérant que je n'ai pas accès à mes relevés bancaires qui datent de presque 2 ans, afin de confirmer les paiements déjà effectués. Je dois contacter ma banque pour leur demander de me fournir tous mes relevés des 2 dernières années. Finalement, ce que je déplore le plus, c'est qu'ils m'ont laissé un message sur ma boîte vocale pour me menacer que je "perdrais mon nom" si je ne leur fais pas un paiement. Je ne ferai plus jamais affaires avec eux et je vais informer tous mes proches d'éviter leurs services aussi. I sincerely regret having done business with this company for the maintenance of my lawn in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Firstly, after using their services for an entire summer, my lawn was in much WORSE shape than it was before - I had way more weeds than I had before (and I hired them for just that eliminate weeds). It's disappointing after paying hundreds of dollars. I even thought I had to turn over a corner of my land, but fortunately, Mr. Gazon, with whom we did business later in 2021, rectified the situation. Second, they started contacting me more than a year after the services were terminated (they are still contacting me in 2022 despite rendering services in 2020) to tell me that I need to make another payment to them. This is all the more frustrating, considering that I do not have access to my bank statements, which are almost 2 years old, in order to confirm the payments already made. I have to contact my bank to ask them to provide me with all my statements for the last 2 years. Finally, what I deplore the most is that they left me a message on my voicemail threatening me that I would "lose my name" if I did not make them a payment. I will never do business with them again and I will advise all my relatives to avoid their services as well.

B	Baccaraty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks for the feedback from from users, I had the same problem last year with similar company they call me and convince me they do good service for an amount of $179 plus tax and from 1st visit noticed they don't do the whole area and they promised to send another technician to do it again and never did and the same scenario repeat again and the customer service told me you only paid $205 179+tax, last week I got a phone call and the caller said he is from the same company but they change the name and promised a better service and hired new staff and try to convinced me to have his service ... they all are scammer as I learned the lesson.
H	Hassan Sanati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service...I don't recommend at all, me and my neighbour were not happy at all, nothing changed in our grass, I checked with my camera, they would not do all the areas on the contract and even the areas they do, its minimum effort and the customer service is an answering machine, however, for there is a big team to call you for payment. I had to go to another company and my grass was fixed after their first visit.
