★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confort Design exige le paiement entier avant la livraison de la maison sinon pas de livraison! Alors, plus moyen de retenir les fonds si les travaux ne se font pas. C'est mon cas, plus de 4 mois après la livraison, les travaux de toiture restent à faire pour respecter les plans.
Je vie la PIRE expérience de ma vie avec Confort Design. Des mois et des dizaines de courriels/textos pour faire finir les travaux et j'attends toujours. La suite demain...
 Confort Design requires full payment before delivery of the house otherwise no delivery! So, there is no way to withhold funds if the work is not done. This is my case, more than 4 months after delivery, the roofing work remains to be done to comply with the plans.
I am living the WORST experience of my life with Confort Design. Months and dozens of emails / texts to get the job done and I'm still waiting. The rest tomorrow ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ils nous font une évaluation des coûts qui ne représentent pas la réalité. La finission est bâclé. Je vous suggère de superviser vous même la réalisation des travaux ou prendre tout simplement une autre compagnie. Jusqu'à maintenant nous avons accumulé 4 mois de retard. Je vous suggère fortement de statué sur une date de livraison par écrit avant de vous engager avec eux. Pour finir je vous laisse avec un aperçu de la qualité de finition.
They give us an estimate of the costs that do not represent reality. The finish is botched. I suggest you supervise yourself the completion of the work or simply take another company. So far we have accumulated 4 months late. I strongly suggest you rule on a delivery date in writing before you engage with them. To finish I leave you with a glimpse of the quality of finish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous prenons quelques minutes pour vous parler de notre expérience avec Confort Design,
Nous avons signé nos documents en avril 2020, et passez aux spécifications à la fin du mois de mai. La livraison était prévue le 4 août et la date a été respecté.
Nous sommes installé au Domaine des Cantons en Estrie et malgré la pandémie reliée à la Covid-19 et la distance entre Mascouche et St-Etienne-de-Bolton nous avons eu une livraison en temps soit, au retour des vacances de la construction, la finition de la maison a été effectué entre le 5 et le 21 août, juste à temps pour notre déménagement final, il s’est donc écoulé 17 jours entre la livraison et le déménagement, a notre plus grand bonheur.
Merci à tout l’équipe de Confort Design et un MERCI tout spécial a Julie Forget pour sa grande disponibilité et à Pierre St-Cyr pour ces suivis et son support tout au long du processus
Nous sommes très heureux du résultat final de notre micro grande maison !

We take a few minutes to tell you about our experience with Confort Design,
We signed our documents in April 2020, and move on to specifications at the end of May. Delivery was scheduled for August 4 and the date was met.
We are installed at the Domaine des Cantons in Estrie and despite the pandemic linked to Covid-19 and the distance between Mascouche and St-Etienne-de-Bolton we had a delivery in time, either, on return from the construction holidays, the Finishing of the house was done between August 5 and 21, just in time for our final move, so 17 days elapsed between delivery and move, to our delight.
Thank you to the entire Confort Design team and a very special THANK YOU to Julie Forget for her availability and to Pierre St-Cyr for these follow-ups and support throughout the process
We are very happy with the end result of our big house mic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ..une deuxieme maison avec Confort Design... on croyait le timing pas ideal avec la pandemie, les restrictions, les penuries, les retards et bien plus... du meme coup, on faisait affaire avec Confort Design donc avec une compagnie et des gens extraordinaire sur qui on peut compter.. avec qui on a l heure juste et avec qui on peut avoir des reponses rapides... donc on s est lance dans l aventure... des problemes en chantier, c est choses communes mais avec C.D quand il y a un probleme il y a des ressources et il y a des solutions... jamais de promesses en l air, l operation est calcule au quart de tour et les promesses tenues... la promesses de la livraison d une belle maison, les plus belles! des maisons bien construites selon les attentes initiales.. un suivi efficace du debut a la fin... on est tellement satisfait, vous avez depasse nos attentes... encore une fois... et surtout, un projet livre a temps, WOW!! a quand le prochain projet?.. merci a toute l equipe...

.. a second house with Confort Design... we thought the timing was not ideal with the pandemic, the restrictions, the shortages, the delays and much more... at the same time, we were doing business with Confort Design, therefore with a company and extraordinary people on whom we can count.. with whom we have the right time and with whom we can get quick answers... so we embarked on the adventure... problems in the works, it's common things but with CD when there is a problem there are resources and there are solutions... never empty promises, the operation is calculated to the quarter turn and the promises kept... the promise of the delivery of a beautiful house, the most beautiful! houses well built according to initial expectations.. effective follow-up from start to finish... we are so satisfied, you have exceeded our expectations... once again... and above all, a project delivered on time, WOW !! when is the next project?.. thanks to the whole team...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confort Design asks me to pay the full amount of the house 48 hours prior to the delivery, but left me hanging with the defects afterwards. In my case, they have delivered a staircase that cannot be used safely and making it impossible for my contractor to complete the flooring. They also show a lack of professionalism as they do not reply to the defects to provide a resolution and has left me hanging jeopardizing the safety of my workers and myself. I do not recommend to anyone.
