★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The beginner course has been such a great experience. Sam and Brock are such good instructors. Both are very welcoming and passionate about bjj. It’s a laid back and friendly learning environment. If you have ever wanted to try martial arts but felt nervous or intimidated I would highly recommend expedition bjj. You won’t regret it.

The positive vibes and energy are through the roof every session. Coach Brock clearly has a passion for the sport and with the indispensable help of assistant coach Sam, lessons are clearly demonstrated in a fun learning environment. Highly recommend for all ages and fitness level
