After a trial Muay Thai class this was the place for him. If you're looking for a positive environment to learn some great skills/techniques while also doing a crushing workout this is the place to be.?

My first beginner class, I knew I found my spot. The coaches are what make legacy great. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable and make it a great experience for any skill level. The classes are great for getting in shape while learning self defense as well. They also have amazing kids classes that my kids are usually involved in. They love it. If you were ever on the fence about joining a gym. Or learning MMA, don't hesitate to try out a free class. You will love it.

The beginners classes that I started out with way back when were informative and well structured, with more advanced students occasionally helping me correct my form. The more advanced classes I find myself in now are extremely challenging and engaging. If you have any interesting in striking martial arts in general or Muay Thai specifically, either as a complete beginner or as someone already familiar with the ins and outs, you can't go wrong by going here.

The coaching staff are very knowledgable and have a great balance of technical, conditioning and motivational training. Whether training in Muay Thai or Jiujitsu your body and mind will benefit greatly. Can't wait to bring my Grandsons to start training here.
