Right from first contact, he was very professional, took our concerns very seriously and provided information to help us understand our situation and the best way to handle it. He followed up to emails and returned phone calls in a very timely manner, which was very nice to experience.

James was friendly, knowledgable and honest about what should get tested and what was safe. The whole experience was great and I'm happy to say the results show no asbestos. Completely worth the peace of mind and I highly recommend their services!

The reason we chose Got Mold was their excellent customer service. Responded to our emails and phone calls right away and answered our many questions. We were treated with professionalism, and respect. When they arrived to do the sampling they were courteous, and professional. Took precautions for their own health and for ours. They did not do unnecessary samples and they know their stuff. A
nd when he was in the attic doing a test for asbestos he found money that we had stashed away in there years ago!
