★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a client of the East York Expedia Cruises for several years now. Last year (2019), a group of us planned an extensive trip to Italy. We first planned a cross-Atlantic cruise from Rome to Fort Lauderdale, including our flights. We then added a land tour through Italy, going from Rome through Florence, Venice, Tuscany region and back to Rome. We also spent a few days in Rome. Charlotte helped us to book the Italian tour. She even helped us to book the hop-on-hop-off bus in Rome as well as skip-the-line tickets to get into some of the venues. The prices that Expedia gave us were comparable or lower to prices in other websites. It was everything that we had wanted to see in Italy and Charlotte helped us to make it a memorable trip.

On two of the sailings I have dealt with Charlotte Chau, and she is super efficient. She has the interest of her clients and goes beyond her call of duty to help me clear any doubts. With the pandemic I may have asked her the same question many times but she has been very patient in explaining things to me. I have no doubt recommending her to my friends who are looking to cruise.
