Worst customer service...cancelled my vacation package and won't refund my money even though they're the one who cancelled and when I try to get a hold of someone the agent on the line gives no clear explanation or answer and won't process the refund...when asked to speak to the supervisor their isn't one in until Monday...will never use this company again...
