C'est possiblement pour cette derniĂšre raison que j'ai eu de lĂ©gers problĂšmes avec deux unitĂ©s aprĂšs quelques semaines d'utilisation, mais Ă chaque fois ça Ă©tĂ© bien rĂ©glĂ© rapidement Ă ma satisfaction. Excellent service aprĂšs-vente jusqu'Ă prĂ©sent.
 Professional and very fast installation. It is possibly for this last reason that I had slight problems with two units after a few weeks of use, but each time it was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Excellent after-sales service so far.

AprĂšs 8 mois, le systĂšme de climatisation est tombĂ© en panne. Nous avons perdu plusieurs milliers de dollars de marchandises. Il est impossible d'entrer en contact avec le service aprĂšs-vente. Et la rĂ©ponse de la rĂ©ceptionniste est : Notre service vous rappellera peut-ĂȘtre aujourd'hui, peut-ĂȘtre demain....Je lui ai expliquĂ© que c'Ă©tait assez urgent mais elle ne s'en soucie pas du tout. Je suis trĂšs déçu et je ne recommanderai cette entreprise Ă personne.
The company has installed an air conditioning unit in our store where there are many refrigerators and freezers. After 8 months, the air conditioning system broke down. We have lost several thousand dollars in merchandise. It is not possible to contact the after-sales service. And the receptionist's response is: Maybe our service will call you back today, maybe tomorrow .... I explained to her that it was quite urgent but she doesn't care at all. I am very disappointed and will not recommend this company to anyone.

â â â â â Nous avons eu des problĂšmes avec un autre entrepreneur de systĂšme de thermopompe et chez expair nous avons Ă©tĂ© reçus comme des rois malgrĂ© nos problĂšmes et avons eu les bonnes informations et on a pris soin de nous mĂȘme si nous n'Ă©tions pas des clients d'origine. Merci beaucoup.
We had issues with another heat pump system contractor and at expair we were received like royalty despite our issues and had the right information and taken care of even though we were not clients of origin. Thank you very much.

â â â â â Comme l'espace Ă©tait restreinte pour installer l'unitĂ© intĂ©rieur de mon air climatisĂ©, l'installateur a dĂ» couper la moulure au-dessus de ma fenĂȘtre. La moulure est lĂ©gĂšrement fendue au centre donc je vais devoir la remplacer ou la rĂ©parer avec de la potĂ© et la peinturer. Sans cette problĂ©matique, j'aurais donnĂ© 5 Ă©toiles. Le reste de l'installation a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien rĂ©alisĂ©e. Les installateurs Ă©taient trĂšs sympathiques!
As space was limited to install the indoor unit of my air conditioning, the installer had to cut the molding above my window. The molding is slightly split in the center so I will have to replace it or repair it with hotpot and paint it. Without this problem, I would have given 5 stars. The rest of the installation was very well done. The installers were very friendly!

On m'a fait une soumission, avec un prix trĂšs compĂ©titif et un technicien trĂšs expĂ©rimentĂ©, est venu me l'installer. J'ai bien aimĂ© la rapiditĂ© avec laquelle ils ont rĂ©pondu Ă ma demande. Je recommande avec plaisir cette entreprise.
I bought an air exchanger system, to replace my broken system by a thunderstorm. I was given a quote, with a very competitive price and a very experienced technician, came to install it for me. I liked the speed with which they responded to my request. I gladly recommend this company.

J'avais dĂ©jĂ entendu la pub sur les ondes de WKND mais c'est la belle note sur Google qui m'a convaincu. Mon Ă©changeur d'air de marque Venmar brisĂ©, j'ai cherchĂ© la piĂšce que je croyais deffectueuse et l'ai trouvĂ© sur Ebay Ă $159.99. Ensuite j'ai cherchĂ© localement pour un centre de service Venmar. Google me propose donc Exp-air.ca. La piĂšce en cause Ă©tait disponible sur place Ă seulement $164.95. 5$ de plus pour encourager un commerce local, une aubaine. En plus au tĂ©lĂ©phone on a pas hĂ©sitĂ© Ă me confirmer que je changeais pas la piĂšce pour rien, que cette piĂšce Ă©tait bien en cause pour mon trouble et quand je suis allĂ© chercher la piĂšce on m'a servi avec un superbe sourire, bien conseillĂ© et mĂȘme aidĂ© pour prĂ©parer l'installation de la piĂšce... Merci beaucoup ! Je vous recommande haut la main !

My Venmar branded air exchanger broke, I searched for the part that I thought was faulty and found it on Ebay for $ 159.99. Then I looked locally for a Venmar service center. Google therefore offers me Exp-air.ca. The part in question was available locally for only $ 164.95. $ 5 more to encourage a local business, a godsend.
