Played the mummy theme, one of the puzzle is a bit hard to figure out, but got good hints from the handsome guy in front desk which I forgot his name. The details are great, would like to try others sometime later. And even we didn’t finish within the 50mins time, we were allowed to finish the game with another 10mins, that’s great!

For the amount of rooms, time given & price: 1) could’ve & should’ve been more maintained to keep room up to par 2) more balanced time than just a money grab 3) stars are truly for the staff, as they’re very nice from start to finish on multiple different visits

The part didn’t unlock for 15 min so we asked for help and the employee fixed it and gave us back that time. Although we didn’t even get that time back because with 15min left to go we got kicked out because the next group was there waiting for us to finish. Waste of our time because they didn’t have their parts fixed and working.

We went in December I read another review of a very similar experience, so I wanted to share ours,basically they set the room up incorrectly and we landed up being stuck not being able to get the code to unlock the lock box. This was about 40 min into the game, but we had spent 15-20 minutes trying to find the clue. Eventually we landed up asking for help and the lady said…oops it was set up wrong. We asked if we could get our time back, she said no because there was another group waiting. We asked for our $120 dollars back because there was 4 of us and she said no. They only gave us 15% off our next game which is crazy because on Thursday ladies get 20% off and we can’t double up on coupons… it was kind of a “oh well too bad for you guys” never the less it was super disappointing. Don’t go here, go to Trapped or something because Exit Burnaby is not well managed. FYI we were 15 minutes early and ready to go.

L	Lazar Ilic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms need more time. Their percentages of escapes is very low and it mostly has to do with the time being so short. Seems like they are more concerned about people spending more money then having a good time. Lets be honest. You go to have a good time. And if you dont finish does anyone actually have a good time? Everything is accurately described for “hardness” scale. But if the rooms had 1-1.5 hours they would have much higher success rate in return have more people having a good time and more people coming back more frequently
E	Elle M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my first escape room today....Pyramid Adventure. I didn't feel very smart...the 2 of us had to ask for more hints than we probably should have. The person at the desk was really nice and helpful. We went over the 50 minutes. The only thing I didn't like was that it was too dimly lit for me that I had trouble reading the clues, and the words/hieroglyphics were too small for my aging eyes! Other than that, I had a good time.
