β β β β β Good parking and not too busy. I was in a tough situation when I approached Gagan Takhar, one of the reps, and she was incredibly helpful at easing my situation and helping me resolve it. Super professional and friendly. She even offered tips and suggestions beyond what she did for me. What a gem! Highly recommend!

β β β β β I googled when Coast Capital would be open until. The website for the location I wanted said it would close at 15:00 hrs. I went to the bank and found it closed. (14:45 hirs.) A sign on the door said it was closed for Family day. Family day is on Monday the 21st of Feb.. Today is the 19th of Feb.
Thanks for wasting my time.

β β β β β It said open Saturday until 3 pm ( May 21,2022. ) and when I went there they are closed. Wasted my time and Gas if they only put proper information about there opening hours this will be a big help for other costumer. I will close my account on this Bank and just move to TD bank ( PS I been w/ this band for more than 15 years ). How can I trust this bank if they can not even do there basics. Unprofessional.
