N	Nicole on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location and the staff are very friendly, but be careful booking as there are packages that you need to select if you want free breakfast or pool access, and there is paid parking. The rooms seem clean and up to date, but are a little small for the basic double Queen bed rooms.
R	Rob Allard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is perfect for me, and the prices are reasonable. Rooms are large and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of upkeep. The parking lot is full of garbage and the rooms are aging.
B	Brittany Visona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. I was desperate for a hotel as it was 1:30am and I’m 8 months pregnant and this was the only hotel that had a room. First of, the price was over $400 for one night for a one bedroom room. The curtains were falling off the wall so I had to deal with that before I want to bed to avoid being woken up earlier. All the written information provided said breakfast room service could ordered to 10:00am at 9:50am they weren’t taking orders. I go downstairs at 10:30am to desperately get food for me and my unborn child, nope restaurant closed for lunch yet no one ever informed the change in restaurant hours as it says the restaurant is open all day until 10pm. I asked where to get get food as I had a late checkout to compensate checking in early, the staff couldn’t provide any options and sent me walking to a restaurant that wasn’t open. I ended up walking back and checking out as i had to now drive somewhere for food. Upon checkout the staff conveniently did not ask how my stay was, even though they had previous just asked another guest. Terrible experience, over priced, not helpful staff.
C	C P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent bed. Good location. Decent on-site restaurant. Main problem was noise from neighbouring room. There seems to be very minimal noise isolation between rooms. Hard to recommend this hotel for that reason alone.

The tub didn’t have a plug for it, we called the front desk from the room phone and it was broken, they were unable to hear us. We called from the other phone and asked for a plug, as well as told them the phone was broken in the room. They told us if we wanted to use the tub we needed to come down and get a plug from them at the front desk. The jacuzzi tub had someone else’s hair hanging out in there. There was a bit of mildew in the tub and mold in the bathroom. There was a weird yellow stain going down the wall in the room. Someone left dirty dishes outside our room multiple times. The man at the front desk was nice, he was on a cellphone with someone on speaker and they were yelling at him, but he was nice when we checked in. I did like the pillows, they had great options on the bed. I wish they had told us when we checked in about the other amenities but oh well
M	Maia Jane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a cute room the bathroom tub/shower was a little dirty and the beds were a little smaller than I thought, but other than that I loved the place! There is easy to go breakfast which is great especially if yo have a place to be and don’t have time for take out, the gym and pool are great!
L	Lee Kendel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room wasn't in good condition. Curtain were ripped, drawers had dirt/debris and there was an odour upon entry to room. Dirty dishes and food collecting in hallway was unpleasant to walk past. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the extra space afforded in the suite.

The outdoor pool is nice with a very open relaxed feel, you can sunbathe and the staff are very friendly. A lot of hotels are super restrictive in Vancouver, so it was nice to be in one that is more guest friendly. It sucked we came at the same time a group of entitled hockey parents and their brats took over, but the hotel handled it pretty well.
