★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them a ZERO I would. We have multiple problems with our place and it never gets fixed, NOR do we ever get a text back from our Land lord. We sent nine texts in regards to our stove QUITTING over the weekend. Did we get a reply? NO. We have daylight coming through our back door, but they claim it is fine. Our basement smells like sewer and we have had the front door FIXED multiple times and we only moved in beginning of June. Two our of Three closet doors broke, and they put the blame on us. Save yourself the frustration of multiple things not working in your place and the frustration of the landlord never communicating back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional, move in was delayed by 5 days and it was a big fight to get compensated for that. Repairs took forever. Very poor communication unless it was day before the rent collection day. Move out was a mess too. The manager wanted us to move out earlier than required. It's been 3 months since I moved out and I still have not recieved my damage deposit chq in mail.No one is returning my calls.
I was told that I will not be getting my full damage deposit back since there were cleaning Mark's on the wall. That is normal wear and tear when you rent a house. The final walk through was good but the person was constantly recommending us to get their cleansers to do a professional cleaning. Which he did charged me at the end anyways. The place was very clean when we left and he did admit it once during walk through. I am back in this town for work but will never give my business to them again. Customer does not come first over here.
Do not rent from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Junk. Don’t answer calls when you need help. Only answer after a million calls. Never fix issues unless reminded. Doesn’t clear snow from property parking lots but every other property in lloyd has snow removed. Cheap and lazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. Come off as professional, but when you go to leave, they will keep your damage deposit and demand more beyond, without following proper legal steps. I, along with many others, have taken them to court through ORT and am in the process of getting my money back. Shady company-they avoid discussing anything through email, and want to only discuss over the phone or in person so there is no paper trace of conversations, demands, and threats. I defaulted and won my case, and wish more of their previous tenants who had the same issues would sue them through ORT as it is free. Don't know how they are still in business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst, don't remove snow, no lights in parking lot, got stuck in the parking lot because they don't remove snow and need a tow truck to get out..but then they decide that 2 days later they are going to clean it and every car or truck will be towed at owner's expense. They cause the problem why we are stuck by not removing snow and now we will be towed because of them cause we can't get out of the parking lot....stay away, they don't answer phone calls or texting because it usually is repairs being asked to be done and they don';t and will not do them.....STAY AWAY FROM THESES PEOPLE unless you like dealing with children
