The coaches are super friendly and having to be accountable for what I do makes me want to try harder. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is this program is very expensive between the sign up cost and then the added supplement cost (which you are told about right up front), and then you need to buy your food. At the end of the day it’s expensive, but it will be worth it!!
