Evergreen requested my family to cancel our already made reservation due to check-in time after 7.30pm (hotel does not allow to check in after 7.30pm). Never saw such a poor and not flexible hotel guest service! After few minutes of polite negotiation he became sarcastic and arrogant. I am ok with hotel rules, but to be almost rude to customer is not very good policy if you want to attract guests. Very poor..

I really appreciated the attention to detail and organisation of everything from check in to the guide book on how to use the TV and the coffee maker. Very easy and convenient! Would stay here over a hotel any time. Great location close to town and and the brewery! Please note at the moment they don't have breakfast included because of COVID but it's still great value for money.

It’s a great stop if you’re coming to the lower mainland from the Interior, and within walking distance of Starbucks/Booster Juice and lots of other fast food places. The self check in process is convenient and hassle free; the hosts leave detailed instructions on how to use everything.

Stayed in the Tranquillity room which was spacious and had all the amenities I could need while waiting for the car. The location is very convenient, close to grocery store, coffee and brewpub. Will highly recommend to all travelers!
I	ISS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very difficult to talk to. We did not have data and could not check our e-mail with code to enter. We called this fellow and he kept repeating that he sent it to our e-mail. Explaining situation lead to nothing. Very difficult host. Apart from that there are some very troubling notices in the room like if you flush the toilet when taking a shower you might scald yourself or if you turn microwave and toaster the fuse may pop out. It is very unsafe place!

We were hosted by a very nice family and they served us a very tasty breakfast every morning. The location was great, with all restaurants and shops close by. We'll be back!

Christian is a great host, he made fresh breakfast for us, and spent time sharing with us about his place, and touring around tips. ( he created a local guide book in the room) Bed is very comfortable and clean and makes me feel at home - everything is clean and tidy! ** Also, the decoration is unique and beautiful!

The room was so cozy and inviting. the instructions for self check in and all other information, tips, recommendations were very helpful and well organized. we had a chance to talk to Christian during breakfast and we expressed how impressed and how we felt like we were at home. we wish continued success to the business and the family. Hope is a great stop thru the travels to Vancouver.
